As she walked the audience through the data, Kim spoke honestly about the severity of the issue: “It dilutes the talent of our creative, it threatens our relationships with our clients, and it creates some real fragility in our business overall.”
Our solution? Shake up the traditional system and create more playful, startup-like environments. Deutsch LA CEO Mike Sheldon argues, “Ad agencies need to invest of people and projects that don’t have an immediate return on investment.”Agencies need to make a change if we want to end the rotisserie and keep our chickies happy.
